About the Print Partnership Program

The Tufts Print Partnership Program is a presidential initiative that is the result of nearly two years of study. The analysis and print partners were chosen by a University-wide committee representing all schools and major divisions.

Through an intensive RFP and interview process, the University’s more than 170 print vendors have been reduced to a partnership of 10 firms. These firms are committed to working with Tufts as a team to provide excellent services and products as well as to save significant dollars. University-wide, these savings are estimated to reach $500,000 to $1 million.

The partners will work with you to find the best solution for your print communications goals. They will report to Tufts regularly on their business with Tufts and meet with us to continuously improve service and to seek out state-of-the-art practices, technologies and processes.

The project is cooperatively managed by Purchasing and Marketing Communications.

Next Steps: Define your project and choose a printer or call Marketing Communications at 617-627-3500 for a project consultation and advice on design and printing.

Questions? Contact Gail Bambrick (Marketing Communications), 617-627-2117 or Kelly Sullivan (Purchasing) at 617-627-5136.
